Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, compliance, and operational setup.
- Solid understanding of startup environments, including cash flow and burn rate management.
- Skilled in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting platforms.
Educational Background:
- CA/ MBA preferred. Alternatively, strong hands-on experience in startup finance and administration is highly regarded.

- A proactive problem-solver with a "hands-on" approach to tackling diverse challenges.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of a startup.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and oversee budgets for operational and R&D needs, ensuring optimal use of seed funding.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow and burn rate to maintain financial health.
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Create detailed financial models, projections, and reports for internal teams and investor updates.
- Compliance & Taxation: Collaborate with external accountants to ensure timely compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements.
Admin and Legal:
- Operational Processes: Establish and manage internal processes for procurement, vendor relationships, payroll, and employee reimbursements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee legal and regulatory compliance to ensure the company meets - startup-specific requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for investors, advisors, and legal counsel.
- Office Operations: Manage daily office functions and cultivate a productive and efficient work environment.
