Director - Finance & Legal - Startup (8-15 yrs)

What You'll Do:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning : Seamless execution, Cost control measures and AOP delivery (top/bottomline)

2. Financial Ops : Robust financial control, Cash Flow & Working Capital management, Cost efficiencies

3. Legal Compliances : Ensure right accounting standards, tax structures to meet regulatory requirements

4. Fund raise & Investor relations : Build close relationship with investors, lead fundraise efforts, venture debt financing, Presentation & MIS reporting to stakeholders

5. Business Performance & Risk mgmt :Own financial KPIs (top/bottomline), identify risk & create mitigation strategies, collaborate across functions to enhance financial performance, Leverage data analytics for reporting and quick decision making

6. Supplier & Partner experience : Ensure healthy relationship and seamless experience (reporting, payments, recos) with all suppliers/partners/vendors

7. Business & Financial MIS reporting

Who You Are:

- A dynamic financial leader with 8-10 years of experience and deep expertise in financial planning & execution, fundraising, cost optimization.

- Have led or managed critical role in finance function in a fashion e-commerce, quick commerce or finance companies

- Strong understanding of financials & accounting, legal & compliance requirements

- A builder mindset-excited to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with a high level of ownership.

- Industry: Fashion Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Finance Firms, Startup head finance

- Education: CA/MBA Finance, Relevant specialisation in Finance or a related field
