Finance Controller - FinTech/Startup - CA (3-7 yrs)

A leading fintech startup is looking to hire a CA with 3-7 years of post qualification experience for the role of Finance Controller.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Reporting: Manage all compliance-related activities, including supporting audits, creating financial statements, and maintaining accurate books of accounts using Zoho.

2. Process Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined processes for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

3. Financial Stability: Oversee working capital, cash flow, and treasury management, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health across international operations.

4. Forex & Hedging: Manage forex transactions and implement hedging strategies to minimize currency risks and protect profitability.

- Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial insights and support to leadership teams for business decision-making, contributing to the overall strategy.
