Bolt.Earth - Lead - Accounts Receivable (3-5 yrs)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Hardcore Operations of Accounts Receivables: Setting objectives for the accounts receivable function that align with the accounting department's goals.

- Monitoring processing of invoices & collection: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports.

- Organize records of invoices and deposits: Ensure the team members follow the accounting principles.

- The candidate should be familiar with all accounting procedures and should be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

- Should be able to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire accounts receivable process.

Qualification & Skills Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Accounts Receivable AM / DM / Manager.

- Candidate should be a B Com / M Com / MBA finance / CA.

- Start-up (B2B, D2C, Platform) experience would be preferable.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process.

- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.

- Ability to accurately process numerical data.

- Team management and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving attitude.

- Hands on experience in Zoho Books and working knowledge of Zoho inventory.

- Experience in payment gateway reconciliation.

- Excellent M S office skills.

- Stakeholders' management & should be able to talk at all levels of sales / business org.

- Working knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS.
