Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client accounts are well-maintained and lead generation is fulfilled with existing accounts.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams.
- Utilize data analytics to track client satisfaction, account performance, and lead generation.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
- Handle clients with a revenue portfolio of - 3 crore per month.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market knowledge.
- Travel frequently as required for client engagements.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in upselling and cross-selling with key accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing high-value clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using various tools for account management.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
