Skills- should have expertise in GCC hiring for IT / Non IT role

JD-

- Candidate should be responsible to work on end to end recruitment process as per Client Requirements.

- Should have expertise in GCC hiring

- Should be well versed with job portals and social networking for hiring.

- Candidate should be responsible for Interview schedules and follow ups with candidates and clients as per the requirement.

- Client coordination and Client management

- Should be responsible for Salary Negotiations with candidates

- Well versed with strategic and leadership hiring

- Talent Management

- Daily MIS Reporting

- Note- This will be for Consulting Firm and not a Corporate
