Corporate Credit Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Person should have experience in handling Large Corporates credit proposals.
- Should be Conversant with specialized knowledge of Project Finance, Loan Syndication, Loan Assignment, Structured Deals, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Reconstruction and other Corporate Loan Products.
- Good knowledge and experience ECB deals. Should be conversant with terms and conditions and risks involved in ECB deals.
- Should be handling proposals spread across all the industries viz Textiles, Engineering, Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, IT etc.
- Should be well verse with all banking products for Term Loans and Working Capital Loans.
- Structuring of all kind of loans including its terms and conditions as per bank's policy and RBI guidelines.
- Should be aware of all monitoring tools including EWS parameters.
- Preparation of Appraisal Notes assessing all risks in the proposals, complying with Bank's internal policies and RBI guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, Financial Analysis, detailed Balance Sheet and Cash flow understanding including Off Balance Sheet items with the ability to review and understand complex transactions.
- Remain updated on RBI circulars, SEBI circulars, FEMA circulars and other relevant laws relating to Loans and Advances, Loan Syndications, Assignment Deals and the Credit function of Bank's/NBFC's Department.
- Remain updated on Industry Dynamics, Knowledge of Industry and perform Industry research, detailed analysis and prepare report on Specialized Industry.
- Able to travel on visits to Client Locations including industrial locations and should have knowledge of main business hubs PAN India.
- Monitoring the portfolio sourced, preparing monitoring reports, should be able to identify EWS accounts and prepare EWS reports.
- Must be technically conversant to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and quickly learn other Software.
- Interact with Internal as well as external agencies, Relationship Managers and regularly and co-ordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Should be able to give presentations of complete deal to Internal as well External Investors, Board Committees and Approving Authorities.
- Should be well versed with security documents and loan processes.
Key Deliverables:
- Preparing detailed Appraisal Memo and Presenting Deal to the Sanctioning Committee with latest inputs on Industry, Management and Business.
- Updated with RBI Circulars, SEBI Circulars, FEMA and other related guidelines issued by the regulators and update provide input for change in credit policy accordingly.
- Prepare and Present Industry wise outlooks through research reports.
- Do internal Risk rating, using banks internal rating software.
- Turnaround credit proposals and ECB deals fast
