Key skills for the job
The RM will be responsible for managing complete sales and distribution of WM services offered by the bank with the key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and adherence to the best practices.
Sales, Distributions & Marketing:
- Responsible for sales for WM products for the bank WM business with a focus on revenue generation and meeting revenue targets.
- Monitoring Customers portfolios and conducting independent portfolio reviews (PFRs) and ensuring compliance related to customer risk profile.
- Analysing market trends, tracking competitors' activities, and providing inputs to product team for enhancements of product basket.
- Marketing of WMS for the bank's customers and developing strategies to maximise sales and acquiring NTB HNI customers for the bank through WMS.
- Garnering liability business for the bank, especially CASA from the existing and prospective WM customers.
- Cross sales of bank products as per the customers need and generating more revenue per customer.
- Liaison with the Bank's other departments and garnering more HNI customers, Corporates, and family offices for WM.
- Addressing customers complaints and guiding the team towards handling customer relationships.
