- Ability to interpret data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes ROI analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and making data-driven decisions. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, product development, and finance. Building strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors is also important.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. You should be able to articulate complex marketing strategies, present to stakeholders, and effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
