Dy. Manager / Manager - Brand Marketing & Event Management

Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

We are seeking a driven and talented Marketing Specialist to support our Brand Manager in both Brand Marketing and Event Management activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and possess a strong understanding of branding and event coordination. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand's presence and creating successful event experiences.

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that promote our products effectively across various channels.
• Create persuasive product messaging that communicates key benefits and addresses customer pain points.
• Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including product literature, catalogues, presentations, and videos.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, retail marketing and sales, to ensure brand alignment.
• Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Provide product insights to enhance the development and launch of new products.

Event Management:

• Assist in planning and organizing various events, such as product launches, trade shows, and Dealer meets.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and setup.
• Support the smooth execution of events by managing event schedules, resources, and attendee experiences.
• Address any issues that arise during events to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to brand/ product marketing/ event management
• Understanding of branding principles, event planning, and marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in content creation and design software is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining brand consistency.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
