Hindustan Times - Product Manager (4-15 yrs)

The incumbent will spearhead product development in alignment with the roadmap, drive collaboration across teams, and enhance investor and startup experiences. Additionally, this role will provide design support to product teams, ensuring user-centric and aesthetically appealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development and Roadmap Execution:

- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through product development cycles, leveraging user feedback and market trends.

2. Collaboration with Engineering and Strategy Teams:

- Foster a collaborative environment between product, engineering, and strategy teams, ensuring alignment of goals and efficient execution of projects.

- Facilitate communication and workflow optimization to streamline the product development process.

3. Enhancing Investor and Startup Experiences:

- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance investor experience, providing insights and solutions that align with their needs and expectations.

- Engage with startups and leverage experiences to influence and improve product development strategies.

4. Design Support for Product Teams:

- Provide design direction and support to product teams, ensuring the integration of user-centered design principles into the development process.

- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure consistency, usability, and aesthetics across products and experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 4 - 15 years in product management or design leadership roles, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and roadmap execution.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

- Experience in enhancing investor experiences and engaging with startups is advantageous.

- Proficiency in design tools and methodologies to drive user-centric solutions.
