Job Title: Branch Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Sales Head to lead our sales team at the branch level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sales strategy at the branch level.
3. Lead and manage a team of 5-10 front-line acquisition sales individual contributors.
4. Drive sales growth through effective funnel review, lead generation, demos, and new client addition.
5. Analyze sales trends, identify areas of improvement, and develop data-driven solutions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
8. Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for business development.
9. Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch.
10. Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B/Corporate sales, field sales.
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
