Critical equipment quick repairs to minimise MTTR

System Building:

New equipment installation & its documentation

Online Electrical documentation of respective areas

Daily/monthly Electrical reading

History card of every equipment

Performance review

DG set Operation

KPA/KRA monitoring and self evaluation

Team Building

Follow the SOP of each electrical operations

Monitoring the Electrical contractor & guide them to adopt good electrical safety policies

TPM, BD & PM

MCC maintenance

UPS maintenance

Lift maintenance

Motor Maintenance

transformer, ACB, & PCC maintenance
