Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facility. This role requires troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in circuits, motors, control panels, and wiring.
• Install and maintain electrical components, including lighting systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and switchgear.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance personnel, and other team members to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service history.
• Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and suggest improvements to reduce power consumption.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical failures and breakdowns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma, ITI,
• Experience: Minimum of [3] years in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and PLC troubleshooting (if applicable).
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA, NFPA, and local electrical codes.
• Ability to use electrical testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial robotics.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Work Environment:

• May involve working in confined spaces, heights, or extreme temperatures.
• May require overtime, shift work, and being on-call for emergency repairs
