We are Hiring for Exim Team at Wadala Office, PFA the JD.

Job Purpose : To ensure timely submission of data for Licenses, Follow up for Import-Export Customs clearance process. Execution of Import & Export process on time and as per Internal & External Customer Expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for activities related to licenses i.e. Advance and EPCG with DGFT, from application to redemption along with revalidation, clubbing and enhancements etc.).
• Responsible for all activities related to registration and bond cancellation at Customs for licenses i.e. Advance and EPCG along with other import related activities required at times.
• Responsible for maintaining the record of EBRCs for export as well as SEZ and EOU supplies and follow up with concern team for issuance of the same.
• Should have understanding about Foreign Trade Policy.
• Responsible for maintaining the record of export and import documents.
• Responsible for preparation of Pre and Post shipment export documents.
• Responsible for preparation of import shipment documents for clearance.
• Responsible for forwarding import documents to CHA and follow up for timely clearance.
• Laison for all import/export activities including inland ports, Customs Authorities, CHA, transporters, banks and internal team.
• Responsible for preparation of several reports as and when required.
• Preparation of export and import documents under MOOSWR scheme will be advantageous.
