Role & responsibilities
1. Commercial Competency Development
Collaborate with the HCCB Support Center office to define commercial competencies.
Identify competency gaps across assigned cluster commercial support and sales functions. Carry out TNA to identify capability development needs.
Create commercial/sales curricula to build team capabilities.
2. Training Programs and Curriculum Implementation:
Develop innovative training materials, including e-learning, gamification, and playbooks.
Launch targeted programs to address skill gaps and drive commercial team performance. Deliver programs to target audience as per need.
Monitor and update capability-building strategies to align with evolving business needs.
3. Team Development and Coaching:
Focus on developing Commercial and Sales Capability teams, including Sales Trainers, Area Capability Managers, and others.
Provide continuous feedback and coaching to enhance team engagement and performance.
Identify high performers and nurture them for fast-track career progression and succession planning.
4. Community Building and Innovation:
Create a commercial community to share best practices and foster innovation.
Collaborate across zones and other Cluster Capability Manager/s to develop solutions for GT, RTM and STM challenges and align with corporate objectives.
