- Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and quality in alumina refining and specialty alumina production.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to operational teams, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions to optimize production processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, assess process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices in quality control.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, RD, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and processes that support production goals.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices within the production environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for operational staff on new processes, technologies, and safety procedures to enhance overall team performance.
