The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . He often displayed self-centered behavior, regularly insulted team members, and created a negative work environment. Despite the company having a work-from-home policy, he consistently refused to approve it, forced late sittings, and frequently had issues approving leaves, even for legitimate reasons.
