Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager Technical : Master s Degree in Polymers/PhD
Job Profile:
Lead maintenance activities for electrical systems, automation, and facility utilities Perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability (MTTR, MTBF)
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment
Implement PLC programming and troubleshooting procedures for the maintenance of automated systems
Utilize SAP for managing and scheduling maintenance activities and tracking inventory and spare parts
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to maintenance, safety, and environmental standards
Work closely with operations and engineering teams to address any plant maintenance challenges promptly
Job Profile:
Handle internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO, NABL, and IMS standards
Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement Assist in developing and implementing quality management processes across the organization
Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure quality control measures are consistently followed
Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to develop corrective actions
Ensure all quality documentation is up to date and audit-ready
Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager Production (Encapsulants and Back Sheets) : Bachelor s Degree in Polymer Technology/Engineering (preferably Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) Key Skills : Production planning & scheduling, process optimization, resource management, quality control, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration Job Profile:
- Oversee the production of encapsulants and back sheets, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes
- Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demands and inventory levels
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations, reducing downtime and increasing productivity
- Monitor production metrics to ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage resource allocation and ensure the production team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet production targets
- Collaborate with the R&D team to incorporate product design changes into the production process
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline processes and reduce waste
Job Profile:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share in the solar encapsulants and back sheets sector
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the senior management team to set sales targets and strategies, and develop pricing models for products
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to guide business decisions and resource allocation
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and technological trends to adapt sales strategies effectively
- Lead contract negotiations for large-scale solar projects, ensuring profitability and favourable terms for the company
Key Skills : New product development, product testing & reliability, QA & QMS systems, technical services, strategic alignment, technological innovation, data analysis, and effective communication
Job Profile:
- Lead the new product development lifecycle, ensuring products meet both technical and market requirements
- Oversee product testing processes to guarantee reliability and compliance with international standards
- Implement and maintain QMS, ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide technical services to both domestic and international customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure that product strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Manage internal teams to develop robust methodologies and procedures for new products and processes
- Oversee the establishment of a data-driven approach for quality assurance and continuous improvement
