JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:

6-15 years of experience
Developing new products in line with industry trends and target market needs
Preparing the BOM, design the drawings according to the new product
Managing the R&D team and making sure policies and procedures
Attending client and site visits as if required
Adherence to latest IEC standards and IMS policies
Analysis of reports using software s such as PVSyst, PC1D and Scilab etc
