Senior Manager - Sales and Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• To create and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Responsible for complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and close sales deals faster.
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
• Should continually improve the effectiveness of the sales activities and enhance productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Should partner with marketing team to develop lead generation and revenue generation programs, and to create high performing sales collateral.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Should be available to travel extensively on need basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical Discipline or equivalent technical qualification.
• MBA Preferred
• Minimum of 12 to 18 years of related experience preferably Solar PV Modules/Invertors, Engineering Industry and Power Sector.
