Job Description
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
B.E/B. TECH IN MECHANICAL/ PRODUCTION/ METALLURGY/ FOUNDRY ENGINEERING HAVING AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CENTRIFUGAL CASTING.
ABILITY TO SET UP A GREEN FIELD CENTRIFUGAL CASTING PLANT.
ENSURE OPTIMAL UTILISATION OF RESOURCES, MINIMUM DOWNTIME.
IMPLEMENT AND MAINTAIN STRICT QUALITY CONTROL PARAMETERS TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY CENTRIFUGAL CASTING.
MONITOR AND CONTROL MANUFACTURING COSTS, INCLUDING RAW MATERIAL, LABOUR, OVERHEAD ETC.
BUILD AND LEAD A SKILLED AND MOTIVATED TEAM, PROVIDE TRAINING AND POSITIVE WORK CULTURE.
WORKS TOWARDS MEETING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND MAINTAINING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.
IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES, ETC.
KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATED TO SAFETY AND PLANT OPERATION GOVERNMENT NORMS.
