Assistant Manager - Trade Finance

Key Responsibilities-

• Process and review trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Trade Loans.
• Review and ensure proper documentation for trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide advice and solutions to clients regarding trade finance instruments and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Treasury to ensure smooth execution of trade finance transactions.
• Monitor and manage trade finance portfolio to identify and mitigate risks.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues in trade documentation, collaborating with stakeholders as necessary.
• Prepare reports on trade finance activities and performance, including risk analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately entered into the system and meet the internal and external reporting requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes to advise clients and colleagues effectively.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and correspondent banks.
