Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Talent Development:

    • Partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and design personalized training programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
    • Develop and implement leadership development initiatives to nurture high-potential employees and prepare them for future roles.
    • Support employees career growth through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

    • Design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment and strengthen organizational culture.
    • Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention rates through surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops.
    • Create and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
    • Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to develop strategies that address areas of concern.

Performance Management:

    • Support the execution of performance reviews, providing guidance to managers on goal-setting, feedback, and career development.
    • Drive initiatives to ensure that performance expectations are clear, and regular feedback is given to employees.
    • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement by working closely with managers and employees to align performance and development.

Succession Planning:

    • Work with leadership to identify key talent and create effective succession plans for critical roles within the organization.
    • Help design talent pipelines that support both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
    • Foster a culture of growth and internal mobility, encouraging employees to pursue new challenges within the company.

Employer Branding & Culture:

    • Contribute to building and promoting Himatsingka's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
    • Promote and reinforce company values, culture, and mission across all HR initiatives and employee interactions.
    • Develop strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent management and engagement practices.

HR Strategy & Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports on talent management and employee engagement metrics to leadership.
    • Analyze trends in employee turnover, performance, and satisfaction to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and employee engagement innovations to continuously improve company programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, from top B school.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
