Whats the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Communications Specialist to drive Hilti s employee engagement initiatives and ensure consistent, transparent, and impactful communication across the organization. You will act as a liaison across many functions and will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling messaging that aligns with our company s mission, values, and business objectives. What does the role involveDevelop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment Create, edit, and manage internal content, including newsletters, emails, and announcements, across different content formats like video, static images, and textual. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support change management, organizational updates, and key initiatives. Support brand-related initiatives, internal campaigns, and content development to enhance corporate messaging. Manage and optimize internal communication channels such as REDi, MS Viva Engage, emails, and WhatsApp. Collaborate with HR and other departments to strengthen employer branding and workplace culture initiatives. Develop and manage editorial calendars for internal communication campaigns. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of internal communication strategies through quarterly presentations. Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop and publish web content and blogs. Maintain project timelines, calendars, and reports to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Oversee merchandise selection, vendor management, and distribution for corporate gifts, branded clothing, and safety gear. What you need is: Experience: 3-4 years in internal or corporate communications, or a related field Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline. Location: Must be based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. Exceptional writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience managing internal communication platforms such as intranet, email tools, and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, MS Viva Engage, SharePoint, Slack). A creative mindset with experience in designing engaging internal content (knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop and InDesign is a plus). Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels. Solid understanding of employee engagement and change management principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
