We are seeking a seasoned Senior Internal Communication Expert to lead, design, and implement innovative communication strategies that inspire, engage, and inform employees across the Data, Digital and IT (DDIT) organization
This senior-level role is pivotal in aligning communication efforts with the organization s vision, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust
Key Skills & Competencies:Communication Excellence:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft messages tailored to varied audiences and platforms
Proficiency in storytelling, editing, and creating content that drives engagement
Analytical Insight:Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and create compelling executive summaries that inform strategy
Expertise in measuring communication effectiveness and applying data-driven improvements
Relationship Building:Proven ability to establish trust and credibility across all levels of the organization

Project Management:Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience planning and executing high-impact virtual and in-person events
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master s preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
Expertise in managing hybrid and digital communication environments
Demonstrated ability to design and implement communication strategies at scale
Proficiency in modern communication tools and platforms
