Lead - Strategy

Responsibilities:

- MBA from a top tier institute

- Min. 3-4 years of experience with top tier Consulting firms coupled with a desirable Industry experience in Home & Building/ Consumer(FMCG/FMCD)/ I-banking / Consumer Technology / Start-up

- Functional expertise in Business Strategy / New Market Entry / M&A and Strategic Partnerships / Program Management; exposure to new operating models / tech-driven environments will be preferred

- Define strategic direction for accelerated scale up and maximize value creation

- Identify new growth levers and opportunities

Expansion (in India and abroad):

New product-service lines:

- Explore and propose new business models based on market study and feasibility analysis

- Drive and manage strategic partnerships at an enterprise level

- Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities for the company, including sourcing opportunities, carry out financial due diligence of potential targets, Prepare investment presentations which aid decision making by leadership team

- Keep abreast with competitive landscape and regularly update key leadership about their implications for the company
