About the Role:.

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Data Analysis Lead with a strong background in e-commerce data analysis to join our growing team.

- This role will be integral in driving data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency across sales, inventory, pricing, and other key e-commerce functions.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and analyzing e-commerce-related data, particularly in the context of Amazon and a deep understanding of operations management processes such as demand forecasting, supply chain, and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts focused on analyzing sales, inventory, pricing, traffic, and conversions for e-commerce operations.

- Conduct demand forecasting, supply chain analysis, and profitability calculations to optimize operations.

- Drive data analysis to inform key business decisions related to product pricing, promotion strategies, inventory management, and operational improvements.

- Perform in-depth analysis of e-commerce performance and deliver actionable insights to enhance sales and profitability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and ensure they have the right insights to optimize performance.

- Manage and ensure the accuracy of data across various systems (inventory, pricing, catalog management, order processing).

- Leverage advanced Excel, SQL, and Python skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.

- Ensure team members are continuously improving their technical and analytical capabilities while maintaining high-quality standards in their work.

Qualifications:.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within an e-commerce environment.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including demand forecasting, supply chain management, and inventory planning.

- Strong proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data, inventory data, pricing strategies, and traffic/conversion metrics.

- Proven experience with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. ), SQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
