Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Head with a strong background in Accounts Receivables, preferably in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and expertise in managing accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections, Bank & Client reconciliations and maintaining strong financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collection, and recording of payments.
• Ensure timely invoicing to clients, partners, and agents in compliance with agreed terms.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the accounts receivable aging report to identify and resolve payment delays.
• Reconcile accounts receivable with bank statements to ensure accuracy and timely updates of cash flow.
• Timely and accurate filling of GST returns

Client & Partner Coordination:

• Liaise with clients to address payment discrepancies, billing issues, and other queries related to receivables.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding payment schedules and credit terms.

Team Leadership:

• Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to optimize the accounts receivable cycle.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular financial reports, including receivables aging reports, cash flow, and collection trends.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of revenue and accounts receivables in the system.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence for internal and external audits.
• Assist in audit preparation and provide documentation related to accounts receivable as required.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounts receivables management, (travel industry preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with international clients and partners.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZOHO Books) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the travel industry.
