Job Description
- Work with clients to assess their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for NetSuite configuration and customization.
- Lead or assist in the implementation of NetSuite solutions, including system setup, data migration and integration with other systems.
- Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific needs, including administration, creating custom fields, records, and workflows.
- Offer ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure the system runs smoothly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- NetSuite Certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
- Knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript for scripting and SuiteFlow for workflow customization.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
