Position Overview:

We're in search of a dedicated Product & Solution Design Manager with profound expertise in both solution and product design. This role demands someone who can not only conceptualize and execute designs but also ensure swift delivery under tight timelines. The ideal candidate will have a flair for translating stakeholder visions into tangible products and an intrinsic drive to see projects to completion along with an understanding of the domains and ability to create strategic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build rapport with senior stakeholders, gather their requirements, feedback, and transform their vision into actionable designs.
• Product Roadmap Development: Craft product roadmaps based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring clear milestones and realistic, yet tight, timelines.
• Solution & Product Design: Champion the creation of innovative solutions in alignment with market demands and our company's strategic direction.
• Domain Understanding: Remain updated on the technological impacts in the industry and sub-segments to be able to contribute to the team to create thought leadership assets and PoVs. Also, the ability to understand the work being done for clients across various technologies and be able to document the same in terms of case studies.
• Swift Execution: Deliver outputs and outcomes efficiently, often within challenging time constraints without compromising on quality.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure fluid execution across all project stages.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and methodologies to continuously refine our processes.
• Project Management: Steer the design lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and unwavering quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in solution and product design.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and translate their needs into tangible designs.
• Track record of managing product roadmaps with precise timelines.
• Proven expertise in driving projects from conception to completion under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with the latest design tools and strategies.
• Bachelor or master degree in Design, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
