Lytx - Staff Product Manager - AI Governance (10-16 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research) to define product roadmaps and features for AI Governance solutions.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in AI governance.

- Translate complex AI governance concepts into user-friendly product features and workflows.

- Design and implement solutions that ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations and ethical frameworks.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI governance processes and tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to raise awareness and understanding of AI governance principles.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI governance solutions and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI governance and regulatory landscape.

Qualifications :

- 10-16 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise software or AI products.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products.

- Deep understanding of AI principles, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and explainability (FATE).

- Familiarity with relevant AI governance frameworks (e.g, Algorithmic Justice League Standards, Montreal Declaration for Responsible AI).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum).

- Experience with user research and user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
