Skills & Abilities

5+ years of experience as Business Analyst handling Agile/Waterfall project

A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and

passion

Able to manage more than 1 scrum team independently

Gather requirements from customers using various elicitation techniques

Leading Solutioning/Discovery/Inception phases

Excellent skills for wire-framing, user flow preparation, flow char creation

Writing user stories and following the development process through user story

acceptance

Experience of JIRA and Confluence for project documentation

Strong analytical, written, communication and listening skills

Enjoys working with people in a fast moving, innovative environment

Worked on Mobile and web applications

Key Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of the Business analysis process

Execute all steps of Business Analysis in the Mobiquity development process

Exhibits confidence, understanding of context, and critical thinking

Clearing any potential blockers for the team, engage with the client and work with the

Product Owner to delivery the most relevant features

Act as Subject Matter Expert working with business stakeholders to understand, define

and support data requirements

Must have knowledge of feature discovery, Idea exploration, competitor analysis

Prepare Solution document add functional/non functional requirements, Business Rules

and take formal sign off from client

Together with UX and UI Designers, refine the wireframes and designs. Work closely

with Architect to define final solution.

Break down the requirements into Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Diagrams

Must be able to track of requirement gathering from client, DoR status, Scope change

Brings structure to the requirements and maintains this structure, summarises complex

requirements discussions concisely and is able to arrive at syntheses, conclusions and

relations in an efficient way

Coaching scrum team and team members on process and cooperation. Basic

understanding of team dynamics.

Get the team to a high performing level by recognising areas of strength and improvement and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Expresses positive attitude with team, provide constructive answers to all questions being asked by Dev team

Work closely with Scrum team and team members on process and cooperation.

Clearly demonstrates ownership of updating requirements, managing project scope,

determining daily priorities. following proper escalation paths and managing customer

relationships

Bring value to an MVP or prototype and iterate to full product

Good to have banking domain experience
