Job Description

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets by providing pre-sales expertise and support.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and inspire pre-sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • RFI/RFP Management : Lead the response to banking and financial services RFI/RFPs, ensuring comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Collateral Development : Create and maintain product/solution collateral that effectively communicates value propositions to customers.
  • Pricing Model Review : Review and ensure pricing models are consistent with industry standards and competitive positioning.
  • Client Relationship Development : Identify potential clients and develop lasting business relationships to drive sales and growth.
  • Proposal Creation : Develop clear and compelling proposals that articulate the benefits of our products and services to secure contracts or agreements.
  • Demand Generation : Liaise with the marketing team to plan and execute demand-generating activities such as trade shows, customer workshops, and webinars.
  • Leadership and Motivation : Provide strong leadership, guiding and motivating the pre-sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Prioritization and Multitasking : Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • Technology Familiarity : Preferably familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Qualifications :
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years in pre-sales roles within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Education : MBA and/or Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills :

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Strong ability to develop and maintain product/solution collateral.
    • Proven experience in reviewing and developing pricing models.
    • Strong client relationship management skills.
    • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
    • Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
    • Creative and analytical thinking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
