Job Description
- Develop and customize CRM solutions to meet business requirements using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM tools.
- Integrate CRM systems with digital marketing platforms, websites, and other digital assets to enhance customer interactions and data synchronization.
- Design and implement CRM workflows, automation processes, and data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including digital marketers, sales teams, and IT professionals to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Optimize CRM performance through regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role in implementing and customizing CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Terafina.
- Strong knowledge of CRM integration with digital platforms, APIs, and web services.
- Experience in CRM data management, customization, and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in relevant CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
