Job Description:
1. Manage global CB processes independently to support and align with the business needs and strategy.
2. Independently manage and drive global compensation processes like annual pay planning, variable pay and incentive administration, equity processes employee insurance renewals.
3. Manage the implementation of CB policies procedures, taking account of cost financial implications
4. Should possess strong experience w.r.t. Compensation.
5. Provide ongoing support to the business (managers, finance, legal, HR and other functions) on complex aspects of CB.
6. Provide insights, observations, and recommendations based on the analysis and reports produced and participate in decision-making.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Rewards Head regarding non-standard/tailored compensation benefits packages based on research and data analysis.
8. Be able to provide recommendations on more sensitive data/executive packages.
9. Drafting and presenting communication materials for the field (HR, managers, finance, other functions) regarding the various aspect of CB on an ongoing basis or as a means to support the communication of CB processes and strategy
10. Conduct job matching, job evaluation and annual salary revision benchmarking
11. Being up to date with CB trends and market practices and apply insights to compensation benefits strategy.
12. Provide insights and observations based on CB surveys and market practices analysis and recommend related CB policies.
13. Manages cross-company costs analysis and forecasts, providing data and coordinating with corporate economics and management
14. Monitors costs and budgets during the year for specific employee-related costs.
15. Manage ad hoc projects such as restructuring activity, MAs, Rebadge transfers
16. Analyse cost impacts, legal implications and practical considerations of harmonizing or making any changes to the compensation and benefits of transferring employees
17. Support the presentation of recommendations to management, unions or work councils and implement any changes to the CB aspects of employees from the acquired company to the new company.
18. Supervising the operation of systems and the upload/download of data
19. Monitoring the interfaces with other systems and ensuring it is conducted smoothly
20. Be involved in implementing new HRIT systems in the aspects that they relate to Compensation Benefits.
21. Should hold strong experience in number crunching, data & analysis.
22. Strong in Data analysis and Logical thinking.
