Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring best coding practices.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Review and improve code quality through peer reviews and automated testing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage task prioritization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployment strategies.
• Java along with Angular / React / AWS / Azure
