What You ll own as Program Manager at Hevo
This position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role at Hevo or another growth-stage company.You will work on cross-functional projects with the leaders across different departments on the most strategic initiatives for the company across key verticals such as marketing, sales, product, and engineering. The problems you will solve are not something any single function can solve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive research and intelligence to enable logo and revenue acquisition
- Research and develop GTM packages for various use cases of the product by deeply understanding the market, product and JTBDs of the users/buyers.
- Craft compelling messaging and create internal documents to drive consistent messaging across the execution team
- Play an active role in translating the research and messaging into market-facing content and collateral
- Actively contribute to content and campaign strategy by collaborating with content and demand teams
- Collaborate with product and rest of marketing to craft compelling narratives to drive GTM efforts for acquiring and retaining customers
- Enable sales teams to improve win rates and reduce sales cycles with relevant and timely content for various stages of the buying journey
- Improve the Effectiveness in Execution across the GTM OrganizationBuild a thorough understanding of all business areas - sales, marketing, product, and support
- Shadow the CEO, and determine the businesss priorities through weekly meetingsIdentify opportunities to increase the leadership team and the companys effectiveness in execution
- Define and Execute Special Projects
- Work with the leaders to identify strategic initiatives that have a high impact on business growth
- Conceive, manage, and drive ad-hoc special projects that are cross-functional
What you ll bring to the table
- High level of First Principle Problem Solving - You must be good with Data, Analytics, and Reasoning. Nearly every problem you would be solving would be a problem that you have not seen or solved before.
- Ownership - You will own the problem and can ensure that the problem gets solved no matter what. Enjoy success and own up to the failure and fix it. This would require high accountability toward the results and a no-excuses mindset.
- Outwork and Outsmart - Ability to solve problems with high operational rigour and intensity.
- Independent Thinker - You have an independent point of view on things which is based on all the inputs that you have analyzed, instead you should be able to build your own conviction and have the courage to take calls based on that conviction.
- High-Agency Mindset - You should have the mindset to work your way through the challenges by convincing and influencing folks to be aligned toward the company-wide objective. You would need to work mainly with a lot of influence and little with Authority.
Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, or growth roles in small to mid-sized companies
- Should have experience working on cross-functional projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - should be able to craft compelling GTM stories
