Job Description
- PLG Strategy: Develop and execute a PLG strategy that ensures seamless onboarding, value realization, and high customer satisfaction for enterprises and end users integrating our embedded insurance solutions.
- Build and optimize assisted sales workflows, lead management systems, and conversion funnels
- Design and optimize self-serve customer journeys that enable quick integration and activation for partners
- Create compelling value demonstration tools (ROI calculators, case studies) to drive conversion
- Customer Acquisition:
- Performance Marketing: Lead performance marketing efforts including sponsored ads and targeted campaigns from a B2B perspective to attract enterprise clients.
- SEO & Content: Enhance SEO strategies and create high-quality, targeted content to improve visibility and drive conversions.
- Product Thinking for Growth Loops:
- Innovate on product features | use-cases to create compelling loops that drive end-users (both embedded insurance customers and employees under GMC) to engage with and adopt our main D2C app.
- Implement growth hacks like value-driven benefits, incentive offers, and integration with lifestyle services to increase app usage and loyalty.
- Customer Retention: Oversee customer success programs, focusing on integration analytics, partner dashboards, and tailored user experiences to enhance retention.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align on product vision and execution.
- Analytics: Use data to drive product decisions, continuously optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
- 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise products
- Strong track record of implementing successful PLG initiatives and driving user acquisition
- Experience with self-serve user journeys, activation optimization, and retention strategies
- Deep understanding of B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, Time-to-Value, Activation Rate)
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in insurance tech or fintech is a plus
