Senior Architect (Residential High Rise)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and executing residential high-rise luxury projects from concept to handover. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design, project management, and luxury living standards, coupled with a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-rise luxury residential projects, from initial concept design to project handover.
• Design Excellence: Develop innovative and sustainable architectural designs that align with luxury standards, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and technical quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, developers, and consultants to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and deliver superior outcomes.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor design teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Consultant Coordination: Work closely with external consultants, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams, to ensure design integration and smooth execution of all project aspects.
• Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure design integrity, construction quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Material Selection: Curate and recommend premium materials and finishes that align with luxury market trends.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and tools to incorporate cutting-edge solutions in projects.
