Role & responsibilities

Customer Retention

Building and maintaining relationships with customers through emails, calls, walkins etc.

Doing outbound calls for collections and achieving assigned targets

Doing Relationship Callings to all customers.

Maintaining good CSAT

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Excel

Should have knowledge of Farvisison software

Should have knowledge of unit cost calculations

Good command over written and spoken English

Good Communication, Time management and analytical skills

Proactive approach
