Job Description

CRM System Management:
Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.

Plan and execute targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
