Dy. Manager/Manager- QS & Billing

Role & responsibilities:

1. Preparation of project budget at different stages, like concept level, design development stage, and GFC stage.

2. Analyze and evaluate cost data to determine project budgets and forecasts.

3. Monitoring and tracking of budget based on the work done at site.

4. Posting of budget in ERP after approval.

5. Change Budget management based the deviation in awarded value and put up for the approval and then change in ERP.

6. Preparation of monthly cost report of project.

7. Allocation of budget to procurement team for different packages.

8. Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.

9. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. Prepare monthly cost report.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Change management: Overseeing multiple projects and managing change effectively.

2. Budgeting: Tracking and monitoring the project budget.

3. Forecasting: Predicting future requirements.

4. Should be competent in MS office.

5. Knowledge of ERP

6. Knowledge of AUTO CAD
