Global Brand Manager

Position Summary:

A brand manager is responsible for developing and implementing a brand strategy that sets a brand apart from its competitors and builds a long-term relationship and fosters loyalty with customers. A brand manager is responsible for overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a companys brand and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales and brand stickiness/recall. They work on brand strategy, market research, content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, and design.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Owning the brand voice and brand speak at global level.
• Working on brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring.
• Achieve long-term organizational goals through planning and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.
• Conducting consumer research and analyzing data for trends, and insights to improve brand salience.
• Advising multiple teams on branding strategy and messaging/comms.
• Communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Managing projects through various stages of development e.g. launches, repositioning, seasonal/thematic campaigns.
• Managing budgets to support branding efforts.
• Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders and external stakeholders e.g. agencies, vendors etc.
• KPI's: Brand awareness (TOMA), Brand equity, Customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), and Market share.
• Candidates with experience in the US Market are preferred.

Qualification:

MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute

Work Experience & Competencies:

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Have managed content development for the US audience is a must.
• Should excel in market research.
• Consumer insights

• Cultural awareness.
• Strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
