Financial Controller

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Incumbent should have strong exposure in controllership, business finance and FP&A
• High agility, positive attitude, ability to manage stakeholders effectively, good communication.
• Should have factory experience, worked in startup and structured company.
• Supporting business in financial aspect.
• Should possess good knowledge about TDS & GST.
• Should possess good knowledge on Excel.
• Should Support towards Quarterly & Annual Audit activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Periodic MIS Preparation & other reports.
• Preparing business scenarios ass per management requirement.
• Preparing and reviewing MIS on monthly basis.
• Ensuring tax compliances on timely basis.
• Liasioning with statutory auditors, intenal auditors, department notices, due diligence etc.
• Finalization of Accounts on quarterly & yearly basis as per Ind AS & SEBI.
• Co-ordinating & finalization of GST annual returns & Audit.

Qualification & Years of Experience:

• CA.
• Any graduation.
• 8-12 Years of Experience.
