Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective project planning, implementation and project management
• Oversee a team, delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with department and company standards
• Provide ad hoc support to key stake holders
• Coordinate with teams to track activities and resolve challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders (community leaders, government officials, partners).
• Monitor outreach programmes and facilitate training/workshops as needed.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports and ensure timely submission.
• Manage logistics, attendance, and performance of team members.

Processes

• Set and monitor monthly/weekly outreach targets and field visit schedules.
• Collect, verify, and upload field data while ensuring compliance.
• Track outreach budgets and submit expense reports.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and draft outreach materials.

Key Deliverables

• Outreach plans with measurable targets.
  Biweekly/monthly field activity reports.
• Stakeholder engagement records and updated training materials.
• Recommendations for improving outreach strategies.

Your skills

• 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder management
• strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, Child Welfare Committees (CWC), and District Child Protection Units (DCPU) is preferable
• Proficiency in Kannada is highly desirable
