Team Lead Project Management

• Ensure the effective project planning, implementation and project management
• Oversee a team, delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with department and company standards
• Provide ad hoc support to key stake holders

• Coordinate with teams to track activities and resolve challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders (community leaders, government officials, partners).
• Monitor outreach programmes and facilitate training/workshops as needed.
• Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports and ensure timely submission.
• Manage logistics, attendance, and performance of team members.

Processes

• Set and monitor monthly/weekly outreach targets and field visit schedules.
• Collect, verify, and upload field data while ensuring compliance.
• Track outreach budgets and submit expense reports.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and draft outreach materials.
