Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Call Center)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee running the daily operations of the call center, making sure customers receive great service, and the center works efficiently. This role includes managing a team of agents, improving performance, and following healthcare rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support call center agents to help them reach their performance goals.
• Improve the efficiency and quality of call center operations.
• Handle difficult customer and patient issues when they are escalated.
• Track and report the performance of the call center using key metrics.
• Have knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer data.
• Work on ways to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide soft skills training to agents to improve customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in managing a call center, preferably in healthcare.

Skills: Strong leadership, good at analyzing data, problem-solving, and understanding healthcare processe
