Job Description
- Developing a detailed operational plan for the year, including a target list of corporates, activity calendar and objective milestones.
- Revising the plan based on market insights and evolving opportunities.
- Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and new clients, mapping decision-makers and engaging with corporate representatives.
- Understand their specific needs, developing tailored sales pitches, communicating a compelling value proposition and driving sales to enhance market share and revenue through the corporate channel.
- Program managing, corporate initiatives such as awareness sessions and marketing campaigns in coordination with the field force, marketing team and external doctors to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
- Acting as the single point of contact for key accounts to implement the complete sales process, drive CRM initiatives and build networks with key stakeholders and gather feedback, evaluate services and drive improvements to generate repeat business.
- Supporting the launch of new products through strategic corporate tie-ups.
- Delivering assigned targets and planned programs by working closely with local sales teams and partner organisations.
- Managing channels, including Authorised Stockists and other stakeholders, to ensure successful execution of activities.
