Manager-Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the regional / national characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach and achieve the referrals from OBG /IVF specialists
• To maintain & strengthen the existing relations with TPAs/Corporate/PSU’s
• Arranging activities at corporate & PSU’s by the way of Camps awareness programmes, Poster campaigns, Standard display.
• Organizing CME’s for corporate doctors
• Co-ordinate between Clients, Insurance, Helpdesk & Doctors in the system for patients seamless treatment
• Keeping tab on competitors & their promotional activities.
• Meeting Customers in respective geographies to achieve budgeted revenues
• Conducting Medical Conferences, Camps, Media Activities
• Increasing the external Doctor referral business through marketing effort.
• Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OBG/ IVF specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with Milann and increase the walk-ins.
• Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone, address their grievances and ensure referrals by coordinating with Finance team
• To conduct conferences, marketing sessions ,corporate tie ups to increase the foot fall.
• Analysis of Current Vs Projected VS Achievement on a monthly basis
• Ensure proper sales reporting mechanism & process in place.
• Any other assignment given from time to time
